​Service Charges
A service call will incur a charge for labour,  a charge to cover mileage and travel and a charge for parts used.

Mileage and travel charges are $110+gst in the Perth metro area. Charges outside the Perth metro are dependent on the distance travelled.
Labour is charged for at $150+gst per hour.
Parts are charged for at current rates
In the event that we cannot complete the job on the first visit, any subsequent visits to complete the job will not incur any additional Mileage and Travel  charge.

Mileage/Travel Charge:   $110+gst (Perth metro)
Hourly Rate:   $150+gst per hour (minimum 1 hour)
Minimum Charge (Perth Metro): for a service call in normal hours: $260+gst (includes the first 1hrs. labour)

After Hours Charges:
After hours emergency call outs: 4 hrs minimum charge at $160/hr. +gst
Minimum Charge for a service call after hours: $640+gst (includes the first 1hrs. labour).

Business Hours:
Our normal hours of operation are Mon to Friday  8.00am  -  4.30pm
Any service calls outside of these times as per after hours charges above.

Parts Guarantee:
All parts used during the service are guaranteed for 3 months.

Payment Terms:
Payment is required on site at the conclusion of the service call, unless other arrangements have been previously approved by W.A. Commercial Appliances prior to arrival on site.

Payment may be made by:  Cash, Cheque, Credit Card or Direct Online Deposit.
