Service Charges:
A service call inside zone 1(see below) incurs a minimum charge of $395+gst.
A service call inside zone 2(see below) incurs a minimum charge of $435+gst.
This covers 60mins onsite labour, servicing, diagnosis and minor repairs, mileage, travel time, and a detailed report.
This does not include a charge for parts used or any repairs required beyond the first hour on site.
Travel Zones:
Zone 1 - Mindarie to Rockingham - Eastward to Mundaring
Zone 2 - Yanchep to Mandurah - Eastward to Mundaring.
Extra Travel Time : Outside of Zone 2 is charged for at $95+gst per 1/2 hour.
Labour - Normal Time: Beyond the first hour on site. $95+gst per 1/2 hour.
Hourly Rate - Over Time: (Outside normal trading hours) $110+gst per 1/2 hour.
Parts: Are charged for at current rates.
After Hours Call Out Charges:
After hours emergency call outs: 4 hrs minimum charge at $220/hr. +gst
Minimum Charge (Zone1): For a service call in normal hours: $395+gst (includes the first 1hrs. labour)
Minimum Charge (Zone 1): For a service call after hours: $880+gst (includes the first 4hrs. labour).
In the event that we cannot complete the job on the first visit, any subsequent visits within Zone 1 to complete the job will only incur an additional labour and parts charge.
**Note: The above charges are exclusive of gst**
Business Hours:
Our normal hours of operation are Mon to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm.
Any service calls outside of these times as per after hours charges above.
Parts Guarantee:
All parts used during the service are guaranteed for 3 months.
Payment Terms:
Payment is required on site at the conclusion of the service call, unless other arrangements have been previously approved by W.A. Commercial Appliances prior to arrival on site.
Payment may be made by: Cash, Cheque, Credit Card or Direct Online Deposit.

Customer Responsibilities:
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods or services.
Title:
Title and ownership of the goods do not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full.

- Customer to provide safe and clear access to the equipment and property at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a futile charge for wasted time.
- Customer to ensure the equipment is turned off and cooled to a safe temperature prior to the technicians arrival.
- If site specific inductions are required (online or in person), the time and associated costs will be charged to the customer.
- Customer must provide accurate information when lodging a service request. This includes make, model, serial number of the machine and a clear description of the fault.
