Warranty on Parts and Appliances

  • All parts and appliances must be installed by suitably qualified trades person.
  • Spare parts and accessories, once purchased cannot be returned for refund or credit. 
  • Warranty for all parts is 3 months from date of purchase. 
  • All parts are sold with limited warranty (No warranty applies if parts are not installed by a suitably  qualified trades person).
  • Damaged in Transport returns not accept  after 3 days of delivery.
  • Returns are not accepted without prior authorization and a completed Goods Return Form.

New Appliances
All our new appliances are covered by a 12 months warranty. Should a failure of a part occur within 12 months from the date of purchase, then replacement parts will be supplied Free Of Charge. If repairs are required, Item is to be returned to W.A. Commercial Appliances  for repair (purchaser to bear costs of transportation). or, at the discretion of W.A. Commercial Appliances, the item may be repaired by W.A. Commercial Appliances  on site. (repairs required outside the Perth metro area are not covered and will be charged for at our current rates.).
 
 W.A. Commercial Appliances does not offer warranty other than what is provided by the manufacturer. In all cases, manufacturer’s warranty is limited to the supply of replacement parts. It is at the manufacturer’s discretion whether to accept any warranty claim and W.A. Commercial Appliances will not be liable for any replacement of parts or repairs should the manufacturer deny any warranty claim for any reason whatsoever.
Should the manufacturer agree to the warranty claim then the item must be returned to W.A. Commercial Appliances for repair with transport costs to be borne by the purchaser.

Used Equipment
All our used equipment is covered by a 3 months warranty. Should a failure of a part occur within 3 months from the date of purchase then replacement parts will be supplied Free Of Charge. General Conditions
 W.A. Commercial Appliances will endeavour to provide adequate turnaround time for the item dependant on availability of required parts.  The purchaser is advised to contact  W.A. Commercial Appliances to determine if replacement parts are available, as due to model changes parts may no longer be available.

Parts Replacement Warranty does not include such things as; Installation by non qualified personell, rust, peeling of paint or non-stick surfaces, stickers or other labels, loose screws or fittings due to transport or normal use, misuse of the item, neglect, damage by dropping, immersion in water or being used for purposes the item was not designed for. Warranty does not cover the adjustment of gas pressures, pilot adjustment, unblocking pilot jets or adjustment of detergent dispensing equipment.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to follow correctly any instructions or guidelines as provide by the manufacturer within manuals, technical bulletins, instructions etc either enclosed with the item or available on-line from the manufacture’s website if applicable.  

The purchaser is to ensure that all relevant precautions are taken when using any equipment sold by  W.A. Commercial Appliances.  The purchaser must ensure all electrical safety precautions are followed and no item should be connected using power boards, extension cords, double adaptors etc.  Correct electrical plugs and outlets must be used and these must be properly earthed. Minors should not operate any equipment supplied by  W.A. Commercial Appliances.

No equipment supplied by  W.A. Commercial Appliances should be installed or serviced by non-qualified personnel.  All cleaning and maintenance of equipment sold by  W.A. Commercial Appliances must be undertaken with the equipment disconnected from the electrical supply.  Under no circumstances should equipment be cleaned or serviced while still connected to the electricity supply.

Warranty Exclusions
 W.A. Commercial Appliances will not be liable for any damage, loss or missing items during transportation by 3rd parties.   W.A. Commercial Appliances do not insure any item.

As  W.A. Commercial Appliances has no control over the handling of the item once it leaves our premises. We therefore cannot accept any responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur during transportation.

 W.A. Commercial Appliances shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury sustained by the use of any item purchased from  W.A. Commercial Appliances.  To the best of our knowledge, all products sold by  W.A. Commercial Appliances are manufactured in accordance with acceptable procedures and standards and intended for Commercial Use ONLY
